Any new patients who are totally averse to surgery, would be better served by seeing a Specialist Sports Physician who would optimise your conservative treatment and investigate as appropriate. We have a team of physicians that can assist you. Only if you fail conservative treatment options or your X-rays etc. indicate an absolute need for surgery, would you then obtain a direct and appropriate referral to me.

For those patients who have been booked for surgery and or those who have had surgery and need long term follow-up, there are some outcomes questionnaires that require completion for the hip and the knee as appropriate. This can be done online. These are essential for an evidence based practice and treatment optimization.  Please visit the FORMS tab. Also please read the consent form and related risks that are procedure specific. It will be discussed prior to surgery on the day.
